yet ANOTHER multiple instances problem

hello everyone. i want to run multiple instances of uget portable. i've tried sandboxie and a few command line shortcut tricks i came across online and nothing works. i've had no trouble with firefox and chrome but for some reason uget seems to be a special case. a case that requires more knowledge than i have. i want to use the external application launcher extension from the context menu, where each instance automatically downloads to a single download folder. there's an extension that does just that, but another extension i use breaks it and renders it useless. multiple ugets is my brilliant solution. it works like a charm with one instance. just can't get the others going at the same time. what to do? any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
