[solved]forum / site dark mode?

(edit: solved by (customising) system theme)
hi webmaster,
please activate the dark mode/theme to select.
need for eye health, consistency and environment!

can't find where to activate and not possible to force it.
it's far more readable and pleasent for the eyes!
and would be consistent for all my designs!
other sites/blogs stays only the header pic.
thanx!
P.S.: The prior mentioned sidebar not so important!

It doesn't exist.

It doesn't exist.

While adding a dark mode switch to Drupal is easy enough, you need a separate dark theme to switch to, which would require John to write a new theme for dark mode.

More Complicated, Please Stop Multi-Posting

I'd need to add in a module to handle detection and easier switching and build a custom theme that matches this one but dark. And I have a ton of other things to do.

Also, please stop multi-posting. If you have a question or comment, make it, and then wait to see if there is a response. Responding again to get a response is considered bumping and is not permitted. Remember, every post you make in threads, someone is getting notified of. And sometimes it seems like you're having a conversation with yourself: https://i.imgur.com/iDRSW3d.png

Different Version

That extension only works with Drupal 9 and later. Like the majority of Drupal sites, PortableApps.com runs on Drupal 7.

an idea

understand, was only a guess/idea/proposal.
it has time.
as i want that you have less work also with the apps:
just seen the telegram update, remembered my idea/request for a multistandard app.
no idea if there is such an app like e.g. miranda for the older ones.
read which are secure.
have to make changes or post...
unsure, but think edit is better to don't get it longer.

edit
got it to force dark mode in forum by a system theme.
can't get to grey by other theme, maybe can modify these theme.

other not and dark theme wasn't working earlier.
