I just tried Speccy Portable 1.33.0.75 (released today) and it is working on Windows 11 without issue. Please try upgrading and see if that helps. Any chance you're using an organization computer (corporate or university owned, for instance) that disallows using non-approved drivers?
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Irrespective of admin rights, subj. is not shown in Speccy 1.33 on Windows 10.
Reason - the corresponding version of cpuidsdk.dll (x86 or x64) does not exist in ...\specPortable\App\Speccy directory. Once it is copied from the original package downloaded from Speccy site, the issue goes away.
Same symptoms here.

This is fixed in 1.33.0.75 Rev 2 but is a separate issue from the one in the original post.
