I just started using TB. I have my gmail account setup and a few RSS Feeds. When I click on a url in an email or on a web page. It does nothing. I'm unsure if this is a portable issue or what, but I would like TB Portable to open the link up in Firefox Portable... I need help figuring this out.

You need to tweak your registry to open links from Thunderbird Portable in Firefox Portable. And that would not be portable.
I think it can not be done.

Search TB Add-ons at Mozilla's site for Launchy, should give you the functions you are looking for.
