Yes, I've searched the forums. I gather that there's a lot of stuff to know about "NSIS scripts" and the Nullsoft install system to create a full-fledged Portable App. But look, I just want to have a single file (Autoruns) appear in my Portable Apps menu. It wasn't long ago that I could edit PStart's XML file to do this.
Clearly, the new Portable Apps branded menu is superior to PStart, but could someone explain to me if it's possible--and if so how--to statically add items to the Portable Apps menu to executable files on my flash drive?
Just copy/move the Autoruns directory into the PortableApps directory.

Aw man, do you know how many hours I spent figuring out how to extract an existing Portable App (Putty), and then trying to mimick that folder structure with Autoruns, and then turning it into an SFX? Then tweaking that configuration to try to get the thing to work? I sure wish this had been documented somewhere
Linked from the suite page, is https://portableapps.com/support/portable_apps_suite#addingapps
