So Netscape released a new browser which rn is currently a reskin of AOL Shield, but I loved Netscape but want a portable version. Could anyone do this?
Find the installer by going to isp.netscape.com and scrolling to the bottom and clicking "download browser"

I can't find a license specifically for the browser, so we have to treat it as freeware with a non-permissive license. That means we would need permission from Netscape to release it.
But more importantly if it is based on AOL Shield, AOL Shield appears to be another Chromium-based browser. We aren't going to add any more of them because of how hard it is to keep Chromium-based browsers portable, until one of them does something that actually makes it easier to portabilise without sacrificing user security to do so.
