I suggest you first look here in the Apps tab, in the group Internet.
You might find there number of such apps in portable format.
BTW: there is extra forum space for requesting new apps, there you might find more echo, provided the request is in the kindly asked format

asked a while ago for multiformat app, whatsapp, signal and one another.
as whatsapp propably most needed as widest spreaded.
seen / searched for whatsapp without ...? forgot.
and found this two apps.
i would better have an app then using it in browser.
will post in my other thread, have idea to get closer to a smartphon, which would resolve more issues.
as not really hope to get the messanger apps here.
will take again a look at the app list, seem not to found earlier a matching.
help were i can. maybe you can help me too. threads in account/track.
if you don't want to help don't post crap!
as mentioned already, check the list of portable apps on portableapps.com
in the group 'internet' you will find number of such communication programs
Things like whatsapp or signal etc exist for windows, but can be used only with an account fully autheticated by the service, e.g you need a smartphone with the full app on it and registered account
Again:
there is an extra section for requesting new apps, placing requests here might be well overseen

(No offense, but) You look like the only person stll following Don Quichotte in his wandering. asking for already available apps, like a clpboard manager, T9 & Whatscrap Like ones.
