Hi,
I hadn't any warning (Windows 11 Defender) while downloading, install, or launch it.
I only had warning for my exe created to submit it to Defender cloud.

I found this thread a few days ago. I've been using the BatToExe program (downloaded directly from the developer's web site) for years and I'm please to see a PA version exists. It's a shame the developer was not more cooperative in allowing PA to produce a version for the PA platform.
My experience is the same as oliezekat - no warnings for the app itself but a prompt to submit the created exe file to Defender cloud.
A very useful and easy to use app.
