Firefox Portable Huge System Resource Usage makes System Not Usable!

i had to quick stop portable firefox to use huge system ressources, also drive space!
out of disc space...
i'm thinking/asking (myself) if some setting or profile problems, or whatever makes it to use and/or block disc space.
i have to check if it saves some cache unasked on system drive.
this is first idea...

2nd idea, saving/using system space as/like ram...

first check shows some GB of crash reports and default profiles...

can this be deleted without fear / problems?:
CreshReports/pending file types .dmp, .dmp.ignore, .extra, .memory.json?

i think this helps other users with same problem.

EDIT
no idea which of these files are only crash reports, which could be for session recovery.
any tips welcome...

No Idea

I have no idea what you're trying to convey here. Firefox is using a lot of disk space? Memory? How much? What are the details that the callout at the top of the page told you to post "include system details (OS version, 32 vs 64-bit), install path, new vs upgrade, etc."

These non-specific overly verbose posts are a bad thing. They don't convey your problem in a way any of us can assist with. And they waste time. If you have an issue, please specifically post about it. Do NOT add things like URGENT, calling out specific devs to assist you, etc. And DO NOT keep editing your posts or comments over and over. Every time you do it moves it back to the top of Recent Posts as if it were something new. This is not your personal tech support line. We help out for free in our free time. PLEASE make it easier on us.

ok

ok
it's only to clear which of the file types can be deleted, as not needed.
the other profiles, with 'default' i would safely delete as not a name of used profile.

2nd is to prevent to save on system partition.
as this can occure in future, i just put a shortcut to check and clear.

i could, in middle time, propably put some free space from other partition, but it's not the next one, so propably not possible or dangerouse. and no app for that. will try to keep all simple.

i found also some very strange long file names for some games, this could be propably also deleted, when i found it again.

i help were i can. maybe you can help me too. threads in account/track.

No Idea

I still have no idea what you are talking about. Step back and start at the very beginning. Answer the questions asked in the comment above and then go from there. If you are properly running Firefox Portable using FirefoxPortable.exe it will not save anything on the local drive after closing.

propably this mess because

propably this mess because cliped some file types to ff portable or setted somehow directly as default browser.
however, i just try to find out which of the mentioned file types can go, which better stay, as propably saved session, not only crash report.
the saved profile on c: i would let be, as other partitions not jet free space for few gb's profile.
just need to know which can be deleted.
i also wonder the 5time hugger proper portable firefox directory, compared to one old not used.
have to see what can delete, casch is not it. maybe windirstat shows...
i see you want to go deep, but simple is, as said, enough.

EDIT
last one would be question, difference between local and roaming in the saved on system drive.

setting system ressources usage in ff down

i deleted a huge amount of this files, but he seems to use disk space like he wants, even when in standby.
i found out it is not setted as standard browser.
conclusion is to set some settings for using system ressources down.
cache seems not to be the problem.
which other disk space settings are possible to shrink/set lower?!
million thanx!
