When moving to the new server, it was trying to force an unsupported HTTPS mode on Windows XP which doesn't support modern TLS encryption. It should be working now.
It's working now with vanilla XP and Vista with all updates as well as Vista with the TLS 1.1/1.2 update and the XP TLS 1.1/1.2 POSReady updates.
If it's not working for you now, please let me know the exact patch you're using and I'll see if I can recreate and troubleshoot.
