[Fixed] Google Chrome Portable Dev 137.0.7141.3 error installing or updating

The update of Google Chrome Portable Dev to version 137.0.7141.3 breaks a previous installed version. Even a fresh install doesn't work.

The last 2 lines of installing process are:
