Is there a way to translate the text of it into English, or some "English version" button already there that I'm missing?... I only speak English & Spanish, so German is, well, "Greek to me"...

Some good apps I found in that(those) collection(s).
However, a caveat:
The versions found there aren't always the freshest, latest versions of the apps, but at least it's(they're) a start...
