The portable version of LO Calc doesn't seem to do the Jumbo spreadsheet experimental feature. Experimental features can be turned on in the main LO app, but calc doesn't have the option in the UI to enable the Jumbo sheet size. If you enable it in the advanced settings it doesn't honor it dies at 1M rows.
I can't seem to find anything that lists this as an removed feature or as known limitation.
Any insight would be appreciated. I have some ppl that really can only deal with anything resembling data when presented as a spreadsheet.

The current stable release is 32-bit which doesn't support it. The next portable stable release will be 64-bit only and should.
That said, that's an absurd size for a spreadsheet and far better handled in a database.
