CCleaner is an excellent idea and may I suggest ReNamer (http://www.den4b.com/) as the renaming utility as it is super flexible and a tiny executable.
I'd never heard of that one before, but it's not bad... here you go!
musikCube Portable Edition
Actually, your version isn't portable as it uses full paths to the music. I'm already working on musikCube with permission and participation from the author (it's trademarked, so you need permission).
It takes more to make a program portable than to just slap a launcher on the front of it as a shortcut. You need to take the time to understand how the program works and what someone would want it to do portably. Then test it under multiple operating systems, etc to be sure it works as expected and doesn't leave stuff behind. Then post a beta release of it for testers.
Incidentally, I don't see any Acknowledgments section on any of your apps on your site. They all say they're bundled with an OTBSupport launcher. In every case I've seen, this is just a PortableApps.com launcher with the name and commandline changed internally... which doesn't really make it an "OTB" launcher, does it?
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I wasn't thinking with that one..
as for the acknowledgments, I've referenced you several times on the site, and every one of the launchers retains your copyright line and about information, and they all specifically say based on John Haller's PortableApps.com launcher... If you have any problems with that, let me know, but I didn't see a need to re-invent the wheel.
@ otbsupport:
I clicked your link above, and got me a dead page. Bummer.

@neotoxic:
In light of/in addition to the above, you should know that you can get a portable version of Musikcube from the pendrivelinux site.
Try scanning the page for their "network version" of the suite, and you'll see a listing of the apps contained in that version.
Most of the apps listed have live links to where you can download JUST that particular app. Nice touch, on their part, and an excellent way to design their site, as it allows selective DL and use of individual apps - thus avoiding the need to DL the entire suite when you only want some subset of the apps therein.
