Menu Launcher source

Thought it was Delphi.

StartPortableApps.exe is an NSIS with the following code:

OutFile "StartPortableApps.exe"
Icon "StartPortableApps.ico"
(etc)
Section
Exec "$EXEDIR\PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\PortableAppsMenu.exe"
SectionEnd

(There may be a few extra trivial things, but it's mainly just the Exec.)
