I was already using SumatraPDF and I thoght it`s very portable by default. I don`t really get why you needed to release a portable version here but I am sure the will be a good reason.
So, I suggest a little changelog how different the version on this page is to the original one.
In general for all apps this would be usefull.

For one, PortableApps.com now has its OWN PDF reader in PortableApps Format.
Well also for one thing the app itself is unmodified it's just a launcher to allow for use in portableappsmenu. and also the only changes made is to the settings. In John's Version his overrides the settings with preset ones and my version does the same but after that it moves to the Data\Settings folder and makes a backup of the settings
