Where must i put the translation file ?

Hi, i've read the other postings about translation (specially Spanish and Catalan).
Ok, i've got the translation strings, but, where can i put them?
In the source code? Some file under file tree?

I can't find that information Sad !!! Someone to help me?

Thanks in advance.
