Ok this is my first attempt at a theme. You can preview it here
and if you like it you can download it Temporarily unavailable until the icons are replaced with something else
Any comments or something I could do to improve this theme please feel free to post.
(ohh I almost forgot Execute the exe file at this level PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App.)
ohh and make a backup of your current theme too in case you want to switch to your old theme

looks good, but i don't know if you're allowed to redistribute the windows icons, and it seems that all of the icons you used are the XP system icons.

so it seems. I'll temporarly bring down the template and replace the icons with something else

Easy just create a new image based off of the drive_space_slider.bmp image and make it any color you want

Perhaps...
1.It's a clever idea to try to put the user image box around the PortableApps icon.
However, I think it might look nicer if you put a colour inside the box, or maybe
just put an actual picture to the right side.
2.Just at the top it's missing a chunk.

ok another suggestion is that we (not me) get some of the themes from firefox and use those. just throwin it out there!
