Depends on what you need. Nip/Tuck or some such show might have suggestions.
Find a filehosting service (ie rapidshare, megaupload, 1clickshare, etc) and/or host on a server you already own. Then post a link and hopefully a preview image, with a description of what we are going to be seeing. Make sure there are no legal issues or copyrighted images or icons and there ya have it.
