I forgot

but I remember the gist of it. The only reason I did this is to see if it works. I think it does... First, BACK UP YOUR FOLDER!

Most of the things you can get rid of are in the PortableOpenOffice\openoffice\share folder. I'm afriad to go into the "program" folder... heh heh. A few sacrifices have to be made...

Get rid of help files
Get rid of the extra languages, and I mean every extra language. Search every folder for all of the extra language packs
Get rid of most of the readmes and stuff EXCEPT for PortableOpenOffice\openoffice\share\Readme, because then you'd have to go through the entire setup wizard every time you open OOO.org...
Go to the "dict" folder. Delete extra languages. This frees up a lot of space, I think. If using english, leave anything that has "en-US" in the file name. And leave "DicOOo" and "FontOOo" and anything that you think is needed to work.

I think that's it. I only went for the really obvious ones, so there might be more space to free up. Tell me if you find anything...

Portable Apps are cool. End of story.

Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully some of this stuff might appear in a future version by default. Also, you can save a massive (!) 3MB with my optimized images, here.
