@Ping John Offer to create OpenOffice.orgPortable in different languages

Hi John,
we know, that You have a lot to do with all the portable Apps.

We offer again the creation of OpenOffice.orgPortable (next 2.2) in English, French and and any other version You want.

I could upload the en version for testing on tuesday.

If there is a newer version of the launcher as published in the 2.1.0 RC let it me know, I will add it to the new version in order to get a really nice OpenOffice.orgPortable 2.2 for Portable Apps.

Christian Trüber sent me also an en version of his batch for creating Live-versions of OOoPortable. If You are interessted in, I could add it to the package too.

Regards an Happy Eastern
Marko

I'll get to it...

I'll get to your email shortly.

The live version of OOP is already done and part of the standard version of OOP. You don't need an additional package or any changes. You just add an INI file to OOP and it works.

Resend it

If it was a new one you didn't send before. I had already deleted it as I thought you were resending the offer you'd already sent me twice.

(If I already have an email from you, sending it again just gets the second copy deleted. I get too much email to deal with it all.)

No, because ...

... there was no absolut answer from John to this.

The German package was created and will be create just in time.
We could produce other packages but only with John's ok.

Why? Simple Answer, to produce the package is one thing. Support and host it another.

In order to offer this package on PortableApps.com John's ok is needed, because he is the owner, the head and the responsible for it.

The German package is hosted and supported by oooportable.org (at the moment untill
there is a way to upload it to the SF pages of portableapps.com).

So, if You need a localized package You have to find a place to host and support it before. Sad
