Hey man Love your work on this.. But I'm here to tell you that the Backup/restore don't work all that good... I Tested it out on 3 flash drives and it did not copy the hole drive.... It only copies half the drive...

Im doing the complete drive and its not a U3....
The only time we've seen this is when there are errors on the drive. Even a couple logical errors can break 7-Zip's ability to zip up all the files (the Backup utility uses 7-zip). Try running the check drive for errors option on your drives.
Pulling a drive without safely ejecting will cause these sorts of errors.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
