No and it won't be

Just cause someone does an app, doesn't mean it gets added.
Only certain apps get added under the supervision of John.

Question

Ryan

Forgive me for asking, but does that mean that there is no possibilty of this porgram being made an offical app either by use of the version created here or by one created by John?

It is possible

I was just saying that it won't be on here straight away and it might not be at all.

Can you post where to download aMSN in Papps.com format???

Thanks in advance...

I don't have a signature
Should I have a signature?

and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report Biggrin

Variety.-

You prefer Gaim, I use Miranda, some will love Trillian, others don't even know about them and uses just plain MSN, Yahoo, etc Messenger...

It's all about tastes and Variety...

There already is a portable

I think one of the reasons why they use Gaim (Erm.. Pidgin..) is because it's light weight and works fairly fast because some programs can take up to 5 minutes to load depending on the computer.

(Off Topic a little)I love Trillian most of all, but I like using standard MSN and YIM most of the time just because functionality is a little better on them since they were designed specifically for that usage.

Gaim is a fine subsitute(sp?) for MSN, AIM, YIM, etc., etc.. It's portable and I'm sort of under the impression that portable is just supposed to get you by till you get back home or something so as long as it works I'm not complaining.

Not always.

That's not necessarily true. Some people (like me) use their portable apps for everyday usage.

Right on

It's always better to install portable apps on your computer than regular ones in my opinion. They don't mess with the registry and slow your computer down like regulars.

Same here

I always prefer a portable version before installing anything and even prefer them if I don`t need them on the go.
