i just saw this over on mikicun and thought you might want to look into it, from the way its worded he seems to be taking credit for your work or (quite possibly) trying to trick someone into getting a trojan using a illegal copy of P.A.M.

Stricky a quess on my part but I have to suspect that John knows how to use Google thus finding the offending link should be a rather simple matter for him. So don't be offended if he doesn't contact you.
If the link is truly illegal then I suspect John's people will contact the offending site's people and it will be removed. To do otherwise grants default approval of the site which in turn means the link can be restored.

Not to belabor this too much but on the PA Home page it refers to the PA Suite as "It's 100% free to use, free to copy and free to share.". So isn't the other site simply "sharing"? And that's not only not illegal it's doing what PA says to do.

cause he isn't "sharing", he is repackaging (adding new Apps). That is allowed, but I think then you have to remove all PortableApps.com Logos cause I think they are trademarked like Mozilla's.
