Teamtalk is portable if you install/copy to your flash drive/uninstall. The latest version has quite a few cool features too (like file sharing). Its freeware.

Also, I've been using a Open Source program called Mumble on Linux. I've downloaded the windows client, but haven't been able to test if it's portable yet. Not sure it is though. Its designed more for gamers in mind with very low lag communication. Only downside is you'd need a Linux machine to host the server AFAIK, as the server only comes in Debian packages and source.

but what about windows platform? and not separated functions, i mean all in one audio/video application for Intranet, like Skype for Internet.
