it wouldn't be too difficult I wouldn't have thought as it is based on Gaim, which already has a launcher on this site, however I can't in the near future, way too much to do!

Downloaded it and extracted with Universal Extractor.
Had to extract the gtk-runtime.exe and copy the dll's to the root of the scatterchat extracted directory.
Also complained about perl58.dll had to download Active Perl and extract to get the dll.
Seems to run fine at this point, however I haven't checked for registry or other file usage.
Don't have time right now to play with it any further.

Launcher 4 it, ya don;t need to include the guts of the app to make a launcher 4 it, for apps ya have to spend $ for it then you will need the $cha-ching$
