I have just extracted the portable apps suite to my usb drive and have a heap of uni work I want to add but I would like the folders to display on the portable apps menu. The answer to this question is probably here somewhere but I couldnt find it 
Can someone please help me

It is not yet possible to add folders to the Menu.
Maybe in the next release.
