just change the FirefoxPortable.jpg and recompile the Launcher source in /Other/FirefoxPortableSource (its the nsi file).

1. Just copy this into an ini file in the FirefoxPortable.exe directory called FirefoxPortable.ini:

2. Then install the Firefox Splash! addon (it works very well) and choose the picture you wish to have for your splash screen
