I would like to have as on U3 a software which with the launching of portableapps modifies the wallpaper.
-It is possible to launch a software to the starting of portableapps? If yes how?
-Do you know a software which modifies the wallpaper at its launching ? if yes, which ?

Have a look at BGInfo's command line options. Together with PStart's "on start" and "on exit" functions you can
1) create a backup of the current wallpaper
2) install your preferred wallpaper
3) restore the original wallpaper from the backup when PStart shuts down.
I'm too tired for step-by-step instructions now, but if that hint was to vague I will try to answer any questions tomorrow.
