It gives a short list, then ... and I wasn't sure what else was it includeing. Like would it include my calendar which I use via Lightning in Thunderbird? IS it stuff in specific folders?
What I want it to be included in the backup is my Local Folders which I use for TBP. Should I put that folder in any particular folder?

Ah, I was wondering if my local folders from TBP would be included in that "Apps only" backup.
But evidently not. I'll probably have to do just the whole thing, not just "Apps only".

Don't be an uberPr∅. They are stinky.
They are backed up. They reside in:
X:\PortableApps\ThunderbirdPortable\Data\profile\...
When you select app data, all your app data is backed up. All the Data directories in apps that are in PortableApps.com Format. So it gets your Thunderbird email and settings, Firefox profile, Gaim settings, OpenOffice.org settings, etc.
