When I first started with PortableApps I installed APO Usb Autorun to launch portable apps automatically. Lately when I connect my drive Windows autorun comes up, it didn't before, and asks me what I want to do. I would like it to just dissapear. It gives me the option to "take no action" but the checkbox to make the computer do this every time is greyed out.
Why did it just start appearing now? What can I do to get rid of it?
Any help would be appreciated. I know you can disable autorun in the registry but that seems extreme and like I mabye don't want to get into it for such a small annoyance.

Search for TweakUI. It's a Microsoft PowerToy that, among many many other things, lets you disable autorun on removable media and/or CD drives.

Ahhhh...The sweet feeling of control. I like TweakUI alot already. Thanks. I'll have to search through it for other annoying stuff to turn off. Do you know, can you turn off the little yellow dialog bubbles that come up on the taskbar icons? I hate those too. I don't think they have ever told me anything I didn't already know.
I do keep those, as I may have multiple similar icons, and so they hel me know if the folder is which particular one.
