The video folder from portable apps menu should be changed to "videos", to make it more compatible with u3, so that there will be only one folder for videos, instead of a folder called video (portable apps menu), and one called videos (u3). Or could someone provide a link to a program that can lock the flashdrive like u3 does, so I can get rid of u3.

U3 is being end of lifed next year, so there's no reason to build it to be more compatible.
A simple lock (security through obscurity) will be coming in a later release of the PortableApps.com Menu. Like U3's, it is bypassable by someone who knows what they're doing... but it will provide enough to keep average Joes out.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
But still, the Documents, music and pictures folders are in the plural form, why not do the same for the video folder.

Video can be plural itself. Think about it, vidoes is plural, by Video is also plural.
