PFF's userchrome Q/A

Hi All! I have several questons about pff's userchrome file.

I searched, googled and etc., found many suggestions, but - the problem that these suggestions could't and still can't help me.

Coz' when editing \data\...\userChrome.css nothin' changes.

The modifications I still can't make:

1) remove "list all tabs" button. googled and found:

.tabs-alltabs-button {
display: none !important;
}

put it in chrome file. saved it. restarted firefox. but the button still there.

2) remove firefox splash. used portableapps search and found:

suggestion to use "splash" extension as an easy way to remove the splash by clicking "an easy button". sounds really simple, but there is no such button and any option to do it. just to change and make some tweaks as delay for the spalsh, lodaing bar & etc.

3) remove icons from firefox context menu. googled and searched - found nothin'. asked on one of the firefox fun forums, noone could help me.

I hate "Paste and Go"'s green colour icon which appers every time I use mouse right click. It's too big and looks ugly. Does anyone know how to remove icons from context menu?

Thank You.

To remove the splash, simply copy the FirefoxPortable.ini from \PortableApps\FirefoxPortable\Other\FirefoxPortableSource to \PortableApps\FirefoxPortable and change the DisableSplashScreen=false to true.

Nope

I had a style that overrode my userchrome.css. May have been a 1.5 bug in that specific version.
