PortableFirefox blocked!

My public library has figured out how to prevent Portable FireFox from running in their public computers. Sigh....

They have a Novell Apps Launcher network, and when I double-click the app on the USB drive, two popups says App has benn terminated (one for the launcher and one for FireFox).

Not that anyone can do anything here, just venting.

Well...

...you could rename the launcher to winword.exe and App\firefox\firefox.exe to iexplore.exe and use the .ini file to point to it.

Why would a public library

Have M$ Word installed, after all don't users on library comps use it for free Net access?

unless the program doesent load then they are just blocking unauthorized acsess to there internet acsess server. i have the same problem at my school. it really sucks because idiot explorer isnt exactly fast, not to mention that there are like 100,000,000,000,000 sites (virtualy the entire internet) that dont work on ie7 and you cant install plugins or anything.
