1. Create a folder in Portable apps Folder. Name it anything.
2. Unzip your download into your created folder.
3. Create another folder and Hide "upx" as well as "PackxNero" in your created folder in the same directory. Because u don't want it sticking in your Launcher. Get it?
3. Thats it. Now start your launcher. Ziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiip. you have Nero on your Sticky drive.
Must warn you it's illegal. Enter your own serial if u got one to sort of Legalize it.

Well... I guess I'll post a link for the rules as a pdf for people to read. I heard that ebooks can be popular so how about the rules as a e-rules for lack of a better name. I guess a manual for people (sorry for the rambling)

People are even less likely to read a PDF than they are a web page. It's a simple fact of life. Some people will NEVER bother to read guidelines even when boldly linked right from the page they are creating the post on. Some people will NEVER read support pages even when prominently linked. Some people will NEVER search. And some people will always assume their time is more valuable than everyone else's... which feeds into all of the above.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I also think that this is a great way to spread malware.
1. Create Malware in an illegal program.
2. Post it as something people really want.
3. Point out that it is illegal (in case the moderators are stupid)
People will see this and download it as quickly as possible knowing that the moderator will take down the link soon, and think "Hah, I'm faster and smarter than John, now let's try this baby out" ZZZAAAAAAPPPPPPP!
