Hello i have a ipod. And at home i have itunes installed on my computer. But on school and by friends i have no itunes. It would be great if someone make a portable itunes of something like that. Because i want to read my music out that folder that itunes have created.
So if someone can make this it would be great!
we would have to make an agrement with apple computer to do that, otherwise it would be illegal to make anything other than a portable launcher. and why dont you just burn the installer to a cd and install it on your comp?

he has I-Tunes.
But at school or on a friends comp he hasn't.
So he is looking for a portable program to read the playlist- and database-infos created by itunes.
You could manually go to the song you want and play it with VLC.
Or create a folder with your "best of" compilation and listen to tat with VLC so you don't have to manually stroll through your folders.

This is something I saw over at lifehacker.com and used it up until the point that I put Rockbox on my iPod (rockbox.org). They called it a self-contained iPod so you can access/play music on your iPod w/o iTunes, and so you can add more music to your iPod w/o iTunes.

Yamipod is bigger than PodPlayer. And PodPlayer is easy in use. So i think you can better make a portable app of podplayer because it's small (457kb).
They are both portable by default. So is Flooa.
