Microsoft Outlook

Can anyone advise IF I can run Microsoft Outlook 2003 on the Portable Apps framework?

If so, how would I install it?

I know I can use other apps like THunderbird, but before I try that I want to see how portable apps might work

Thanks in advance

We do not...

work on commercial apps here. This is a, as of now, open-source software forum only.

That said,

Outlook cannot be made portable by normal means, there are ways, use google, they are out there, but in this format on this framework. No it will not happen.

Sorry. Smile

MS Outloook will be VERY ****** *******

Hard 2 make portable due to the immense use of the registry.

Um...

...why would you WANT to, anyway???...

Outlook is so bloated, fetid, riddled w/ security holes (both actual and potential), and just plain LAME that I can't concieve of anyone wanting to do this...

I don't use it, but...

...that is no reason to disparage someone else's tastes. It was requested; this site cannot meet that request because of site policies; appropriate people responded with that info. Do you have a recommendation for an Exchange server-compatible client that can meet the OP's needs?
