multiple profiles?

This has probably already been asked/addressed (I couldn't find anything in my research), but does PFF support multiple profiles using the Profile Manager?

No

The profile manager isn't portable, so it isn't supported. The portable versions of the apps are generally for a single user (one per key) so multiple profiles isn't an often-asked-for feature.

That sucks. I do consulting

Darn. I do consulting work and I use my usb key at home and when I'm working, so it would be nice to have two separate profiles, for saved passwords and cookies and whatnot. Not a big deal, I guess. Thanks for the response.

Options

Well, you have a couple options. You could have multiple installs. Or you could have one FF install with multiple profiles and multiple launchers. Use one in the default config. Place the other in a different directory and use the INI to point it to the other profile. Details are in the readme.txt in the PortableFirefoxCode directory.

MozUp!

You can use MozUp Launcher to run Portable Firefox, and create all profiles you want. Unfortunaly, the documentation is only in Italian (but the program is also in English). However, it's quite easy to undertand how does it work, just look at these screenshots.

Couple caveats

Just so you're aware... you'll need the launcher in addition to a copy of Firefox (MozUp Launcher + MozUp Firefox). It isn't a standalone app that can be used with any launcher (PStart, etc) like Portable Firefox is. And it's closed source.
