There's Toucan... I don't know if that's what you'de be looking for, just check in the beta forums and you should see it on the first page. It will eventually become an official app here. I'm not quite sure if that's what you mean though.

You could try DSynchronize v2.30 from http://dimio.altervista.org - seems ok and is free
or
Filesync (shareware but no facility to register) - test it at http://www.fileware.co.uk
If you want to sync to a website/ftp service look at ftpsync - again shareware from http://www.fileware.co.uk
both sharewares work OK - I don't have a clue if they leave evidence of running on host though and sorry but they are all Windoze based.
