ClamWin: Much Slower

Anybody else notice that the new version of ClamWinP takes a lot longer than the old version? The last time I ran a Full drive scan [From the Harddrive on the Harddrive] with the old version it took about 45 min. Now it takes about an hour and a half.

I'm assuming this has to do with ClamWin itself.
Anybody using the desktop version to compare to?
It seems like the skip non-executables is not working as well as before.

Old Links

John,

Could you post links to a couple of the earlier versions of CWP. I would like to compare and see if it is really taking longer than on the older versions or if something else might be in play.

Thanks,
Tim

Thanks

Thanks Simeon,

I tried to search for Clamwin at SF and all I could find was
clamwin-0.90.1.1-setup.exe

Which I think is the non-portable version.

Your link did the trick.

Searching is not always as easy as someone might think Sad

Again, Thank You!

Tim
