I've gotten confused with all the references to Thunderbird Portable v2 Release Candidates and Betas. What is the link for the latest and greatest Thunderbird Portable. Is it Thunderbird_Portable_2.0.0.0_PRERELEASE2_en-us.paf.exe, found at http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=151395&package_id=..., and released on 4/20/2007? Or is there a later version somewhere?

If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report
the last stable version is 1.5. and version 2.0 has many additional useful features that makes the jump well worth it.
Problem is, the latest portable app release of Thunderbird is on 2.0 RC1 (Release Candidate 1) and not the final release. However, it seems stable enough (I've been using it).

It also depends a lot on the extensions you use. If you're on TB 1.5 and depend on a lot of extensions, you'll have to make sure that all the extensions have a release that's compatible with 2.0
The latest stable release now is 2.0.0.4.
