It could be nice to extend PortableApps backup/restore to support web-based email accounts thought SMTP/POP3 protocols. Many such emails provide substantial amount of online storage that can be utilized for backup.
I tried to used the PortableApps backup application with GMail Drive shall extension (http://www.viksoe.dk/code/gmail.htm) but it failed, probably the file is too long. Anyway, I don't need a drive shall but only to provide to the backup/restore application the email account details instead of target drive

if you use PABackup, and you have g-mail with g-space or mediamax or anther online storage site, jsut upload the backedup files to there.
