Like in subject, attach any file to the new events or new tasks in SunBird that will be automatically collected in SunBird sub folders... maybe some small add-ons

This would be best to ask in the Mozilla forums, as this is not a portable related feature. Mozilla wrote the SunBird app, John T. Haller, the creator of PortableApps.com just wrote an additional launcher for it so that settings can be saved to removable media and the app can be run portably.
