Final Version Released - Topic Locked:

I've just posted a test version of Sunbird Portable 0.5 for folks to try out. This version updates to 0.5, has a streamlined launcher (removes code that is no longer necessary), and is packaged in a PortableApps.com Installer that will handle upgrades from 0.3.1.
Please give it a try and post any feedback.

Well, at least manually, not from PAM.
Edit: Oops, I had something wrong in my Delphi
I suppose that's what you get when you come from a language like C++

I use Sunbird Portable to connect to remote calendars exclusively. Installed fine and works fine for me.

Works well.
Leaves nothing.
Will you include the "OO space check mechanism" into every launcher?
Or is it only needed in OO cause OO is so much bigger than all the other Apps?

It's going in all of em. It makes sense to make it as accurate as possible. That's why the addons directory part is a variable. I'm still genericizing it. And I'm finishing up the wizard that will generate an installer for any app you want (no NSIS knowledge or how to compile necessary).

Update worked out fine, previous settings were all kept. Sadly sunbird 0.5 has a bug with automatic proxy configuration URLs, which I do need @work
