I read on this site that it is recommended to disable Saving Passwords in Portable Firefox. Is this just for security reasons or is it somehow more harmful to the flash drive to have that enabled? I currently have disk cache and history disabled, but I'd like to enable saving passwords if it won't harm anything.

It's good to have Firefox save passwords, though it's recommend you set a master password to protect them in case you lose your drive.
