Pencil Portable 0.4.2b Pre-release 3 (Testers needed)

New version available, topic locked.

Yes, it's the end of the financial year (actually, a couple of weeks ago) and everything must go! We have specials on Pencil, Mahjong and much much more! So come in to Cube Games and DOWNLOAD! Blum
English translation: Here's another app I had sitting there, all ready to go.

Pencil Portable is the popular Pencil graphics editor and 2D animator packaged in a portable format. It lets you create cartoon animation using both vector and bitmap formats. Plus, it leaves no personal information behind on the machine you run it on, so you can take your graphics editor wherever you go.

Pencil Portable 0.4.2b Pre-release 3

Pre-release 2: Updated with a fix for a message box and various other readme errors.

Pre-release 3: Updated with a new PAF installer and AppInfo stuff.

The fun stuff.

INSTALLATION / DIRECTORY STRUCTURE
==================================
By default, the program expects the following directory structure:

-\ 

"winboard"

to

"pencil"


The DisableSplashScreen entry allows you to run the WinBoard Portable Launcher without the
splash screen showing up.  The default is false.

"WinBoard"


to


"Pencil"


Also, missing an AppInfo folder and it's contents.


When I close I get a box with the regular title and branding and the box just says


0


That's right, a 0, something I'm missing?

I'm uploading Pre-release 2 with those fixes. Also, I know about the AppInfo stuff, since John hasn't formalised it yet. I'll still add it to the release versions though, if I ever get some splashes. Blum

This should be the last pre-release, subject to bugs of course. And there should be another of my apps on the tracker in a minute too Wink

I'm also making an app that uses it as well, so it's a plus for me. Biggrin

It looks like it doesn't need a file extension, so maybe .pnl or .pen or even .cil Pardon
