I had this sitting in my projects folder and I hadn't done anything about it, so I decided to clean it up a little and upgrade it to the next version.
Note: it doesn't have a splash screen yet, because John hasn't sent me any of the splash screens I've asked for, nor the source. It also doesn't have a new installer, a help.html or the ability to run from a CD. That said,
Mahjong Portable is the popular Mahjong game packaged in a portable format. You can play up to 3 of your friends at once, or just play a game against the computer. Plus, it leaves no personal information behind on the machine you run it on, so you can take your Mahjong game and settings wherever you go.
Mahjong Portable 1.8 Pre-release 4
Pre-release 2: INI example added, various readme changes.
Pre-release 3: Updated with a new style PAF installer and AppInfo stuff.
Pre-release 4: Added a help.html, thanks to Patrick.
I'll probably be releasing a few more today, but all without splash screens as well. I'd also like to point out that Limewire Portable is going to happen, I have written a patch for it and it should be in the next version of Limewire.

Yeah, it does attempt to access the internet when running a local game, even if you turn error reporting off. Which isn't very nice behavior.
