I saw the tutorial at Lifehacker about using Microsoft Foldershare to COMPLETELY syncronize (bookmarks, cookies, extensions, themes, etc.) different firefox installations between machine. However, it seems as if you have to run an installer to use Foldershare, and obviously, you can't always do that.
Has anyone had any luck using this program without installing it?
I am looking for such a program as well. Some alternative?
Try Toucan. Just find the location of the items you wish to sync and you can save your jobs. I use it all the time.
