Hello, I need to know what are the lines's scripte to fix the language.
I explain, I'm french and I hate when my portablesofts use the local language when the local language is not french, and I want to know how I can fix the language with the launcher, then how can I do that.

You should be able to change the languages in the applications them selves, or replace them with a french .exe file of the same name. If you want to change the language in the launcher then you would have to re-compile it. If you want to do that then just talk to me as I was cosidering doing some multi-lingual versions of the portableapps.

I have made a portablevlc, but vlc have not fonction to define language, then when the local language is not french, vlc locale language is the same, if it has not, his default language; english.
Maybe you could try replacing English-language files with their French counterparts? (e.g., replace something like "lang_en.dat" with "lang_fr.dat", but keeping the "lang_en" name.)
I believe something about this was posted before in AbiWord support forums -- I suggest you drop by there.
