Non .paf portable apps

Hi all. This is my first post and i'm really getting into this portable apps stuff. I've got the portable apps suite installed on my USB stick and it runs and looks great. What i'd like to know is how to install apps that dont have the .paf ext. If its just a .exe it seems to install it but i can only access it by browsing instead of clicking in the menu. Is there a way of putting .exe apps in the menu please?

Well

Well all apps have to set in as X:PortableApps/Your App Folder/Then your executable
The Secret is where you flash drive is located and thus is just a variable

The thing you need to

The thing you need to realize is that .paf.exe files are specifically made to support the PortableApps Format. If there is no .paf, you can discern that there is no support for the PortableApps Format. You can always attempt to add support yourself by examining existing apps to see how they do it. I think the first version of the PortableApps Menu just scanned for all EXEs in subdirectories off of the parent folder of PAM... however newer versions might make use of the files in App\AppInfo in each PAF program folder. This is just a guess from the contents therein.

Not always true, I now have

Not always true, I now have loads of portable apps on my flash drive and all running through the PAM. Some are .paf others just .exe and they all work just as well.
